About Us
First Aid Skills Training is owned and run by Simon Dunstan. Initially trained as a dentist, he went back to study medicine before setting up a surgical dental practice. He kept his medical skills current and hands on by doctoring at horse trials, joining his local Community First Responders and being involved with first aid training of Army cadets.
After nearly 20 years he had to retire from dentistry due to arthritis which led to surgery on both hands.
His desire to use his medical background drove him to qualify as a first aid trainer so that he could pass on his knowledge by training others in first aid.

First Aid Skills Training is based in Leicestershire. We can travel to you and deliver our courses at your work place, or a venue of your choice, or we can source a venue to suit you.

The Workplace
From a 3 hour update to a full 3 day First Aid at Work course, we offer a range of courses to meet all of your first aid needs in the work place.
Schools and Children
We provide courses for school and nursery staff, paediatric courses to suit first time mums and even basic courses for kids.
Specialised Courses
We offer short courses for specific areas such as anaphalysis, up to customised courses for specialised environments such as pharmacies, forrestry and horse yards.
